You can dock the toolbar to other Photoshop pallets you drag to your second display.

JJMack Feb 13, 2018 9:15 AM (in response to orange303)On my windows 10 machine if I span a floating image window across displays the window seems to be on top of the toolbar no matter where the toolbar is and you seem to be editing in Tabs on your second display not in a floating image windows which may make a big difference, Some prefer to edit in floating windows. Some old habits are hard for old folks like me to change change is disruptive IMO...

orange303 Feb 13, 2018 9:29 AM (in response to JJMack)doesnt matter if its floating or full screen, 1 image or lots of tabs on second monitor the tool bar was always on top until yesterday, now its back to normal
