After preparing a doc for signing, put in the email address and hit next I get "Could not Send An error has occurred try again"

If you are using Acrobat or Reader, try sign-out and sign back in with your current Adobe ID and password and check if this resolves the issue.
If the issue persists, try sending the files using the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/sendforsignature
Please connect the machine to a different network environment like a wireless or wired network or to a mobile hotspot and try to use the services.
You may also try to use a different computer or a mobile device to use the service for a testing purpose.
