Hello danilop10871955

We apologize for the inconvenience caused, as per the description above, you are not able to use the Adobe ExportPDF service with Adobe Reader DC, is that correct?

Please sign out and sign back in with your current Adobe ID and password from Adobe Reader DC, and check for any pending updates from help>check for updates, reboot the machine and try exporting any PDF file.

You can also use the Adobe ExportPDF service online through the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdfon a browser like Chrome, or Firefox, or Safari.

For more troubleshooting, you may refer to Troubleshooting Create PDF, Export PDF, Adobe Send, Fill & Sign … services(PDFPack or Document Cloud...

Let us know how it goes.

Regards,

Anand Sri.
