Print Button in Dialog box causes Acrobat DC Pro to quit can't advance to fiery.

I am using Adobe Creative Cloud software. Mac OSX 10.13.3

My normal steps have been for the past 10 years are:

Step 1. Select Print in the document pull down.

Step 2. Select Quantity and pages. Make sure correct printer and ppd is selected.

Step 3. Select Printer button to advance to the dialog box (Which now causes the application in both Adobe Acrobat and InDesign to quit) I have not tried any other apps.

When working I would continue to printer and then to the Xerox 570 fiery settings.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Acrobat program. I have updated the program. I have shutdown and restarted the computer. I have reviewed preferences  and all seem to be ok.

Nothing seems to work. Any Ideas???

Uninstalling the the adobe acrobat and throwing away preferances did the job. I also found that my fiery had a ppd for High Sierra on the drive, but not installed. Again thanks.

I don't have a specific fix for you, but I would see if the same issue was happening in Reader. Then I would go into the system preferences and remove, then re-create the printer (System preferences> Printers & scanners). Is the Fiery print driver up to date?

Is Acrobat up to date? Delete your Acrobat preferences, then un-install and re-install, being careful to select do not use existing preferences when re-installing.

I did reinstall the Acrobat but did not remove the preference settings before reinstalling. I will also reinstall print drivers and see if that works. The same issue occurs with Indesign. Hopefully this will help fixing the issue.
