Sorry for the delayed response and inconvenience caused. Please download the file on a local machine and try signing it with Fill&Signhttps://helpx.adobe.com/document-cloud/help/fill-and-sign.html and see if this brings any difference.
Try signing the PDF file through the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/fillsign and see if the issue reoccur.
Have you tried with any other PDF file, or the issue is specific to one PDF?
Please share the following details:
- Dot version of Acrobat Standard 11 installed, to identify refer to Identify the product and its version for Acrobat and Reader DC
- If the issue is specific to one PDF, is it possible to share the PDF file with us?
Try repairing the installation files of Acrobat Standard 11 from Help>Repair installation, reboot the machine and see if this brings any difference.
Note: Acrobat 11 is already declared as End of support, so the above suggestions may or may not work.

Our Client can not Upload the documents to the internet for NDA /Classification Reasons. The issue occurs on multiple PDFs
This has become more wide spread, I have now confirmed the same issue in Adobe Acrobat Pro 2017 version (2017.011.30079), When we try to sign with Certificate it either comes up blank after we save the pdf OR errors saying it could not commit the signature.
