To whom it may concern,
Bought Acrobe Creative Suite 6 Design & Web Premium Education edition several years ago and it functioned pretty normal for several years. Yet, Arcobat X Pro suddenly said it would expire several months ago. Tried re-installation and re-input of serial no. several times but it didn't work. Now whenever I start the Arcobat X Pro, there is a prompt showing it has expired. When I try inputing my serial number, it however says, ''This serial number is not valid for this product.'' Ironically, all other applications like photoshops and AI are still functioning normally.
Looking forward to your generous support >.<
Thanks and Regards,
CHAU

Please refer to the following KB doc for the activation issue Error: "The serial number is not valid for this product" | Adobe Creative Suite Link: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/error-serial-number-valid-product.html

Note: Acrobat 10 and CS 6 is already declared an End of support product, So, above suggestion may or may not work.
End of Support means that Adobe will no longer provide technical support or distribute runtimes, including product and/or security updates, for all derivatives of a product or product version (e.g. localized versions, minor upgrades, operating systems, dot and double-dot releases, and connector products).
