Has anyone tried installing the XML Feed app from the BC app store recently?
I keep getting the same error when I try to do so:
I tried the following with the same results:
Chrome & Safari. Deleting history and cookies on both.
Then I tried installing other apps from the App Store - including apps developed by the same developer (no problems).
This makes me think it has something to do with the URL being wrong.
Can anyone help?
I've also tried contacting the App Store 'helpdesk' (haven't heard back - no acknowledgement even), Solid Sky (they're supposed to be manning the app store - not a peep from them either), the developer himself (via email - no reply yet). I've just contacted BC support & created a ticket. Also created chat with BC support who then escalated and suggested I post the issue on the forum.
Quite concerned that there doesn't seem to be any support from the BC App Store. I've wasted a lot of my time chasing this.
