Tengo problemas para instalar aplicaciones el error que me sale es este.

Try creating a new user account with Admin Rights. Then do a clean install of LR CC into the new account. If that is successful, LRCC will be available to all users and you can switch back to your regular Windows user log-in. See this similar thread for more information:
