App is being weird

My app takes a while to finish loading a project. Once it finishes loading, I try to zoom in and out but the picture doesn’t move. Still, it shows a percent in the upper right corner. The screen isn‘t frozen because I can still click brushes and select colors, but when I try to draw with them they only show up on the smaller representation of the layer on the right. I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app on multiple devices and I’ve shut down the app and opened it again countless times. I was really close to finishing the drawing (this doesn’t seem to happen on too many other projects). What should I do?

It sounds like this one drawing may have gotten overly complex. A few things:

Please email me through the in-app feedback so I can see all of your device information (it will automatically populate the email. To do that: On Android tap the hamburger icon in the upper left, then Send Feedback; on iOS tap the Settings icon in the lower nav then Send Feedback.

Also, please sign in with your Adobe ID to http://assets.adobe.com/assets/mobile?filter=draw and see if you see the same version of this particular drawing represented there.
