Save location of PDF files

offline save is NOT ACCEPTABLe. Our office carries multiple licenses paying hundreds of dollars for an app that doesn't allow me to download my own content to my device. If this issue is not resolved by our renewal date. I am going to cancel all subscriptions.

Adobe Scan application is a free service. You do not have to pay for this application.

Let us know exactly from where you are trying to save the files to your device.

Are you trying to save the file to the local folder on your mobile device or on the desktop?

Please provide more information on this, so we can help you with the right information.
