Scan and image is black. Never had a problem before and other software scans fine.

I appreciate your help. The topic you refer to is closed, but I read through. I check for the "invert black and white images" under my presets and it is not marked.
I am using a full version Adobe Acrobat 11.0.23 I've checked and there are no updates available. I am on a PC using Windows 10. My printer is a brother MFC-7360 and it has worked fine since sometime in 2015 when we bought full Adobe.
I am able to scan through other programs, so I know my scanner works.

As per the description above, you are getting a black image when scanning a PDF, Is that correct?

Basically, I can scan through other programs. Once it is scanned, I can open and use the full Adobe functions. It scans and pulls up the normal screens, but when the image appears it is completely black.
I couldn't find any help areas that addressed this. Your help is appreciated.
