Mouse not working correctly in Illustrator CC

Mouse fails to work correctly when clicking on panels , ending strokes with drawing tools. selecting layers and so forth.  This  happens only in Illustrator cc.  Ps cc works  along with all other programming on My MAC os  high Sierra version 10.13.3.

it's my computer. Processor：3.4GHz Inter Core i5.  Memory：16GB

Is the dictation feature turned off in the system?

PLease tell us what kind of input hardware you use.

I tried to turn off the dictation feature in the Apple system. I now have the problem solved。
