Unwanted tiny white border in printing module

Hi everyone,

I am trying to print some pictures in lightroom. By printing I mean composing them a single picture and then saving as JPEG.

However, when I click 'print to file' and then look at the exported file, I notice some fine white borders around dark edges of the images. Below is an example.

What I have done is that I created 2 images in Photoshop, one dark grey and one black and imported them in lightroom to print. When I put them on top of each other as below, I get that thin white border but only on the bottom and right hand side. The original file does not have any white borders.

Note that I do not have the 'Border' option on.
