Print module does not show templates

Hi,

please help me understand why Print module does not show any templates.

I still have only grey backround and when I try to open lightroom templates and also my custom, nothing happens

Any advice?

Did you select/mark any photo in the filmstrip - as needed by your setting (Use: Selected Photo)?

yes of course

on my other notebook it works fine, but on this one I don't know what happened.

on other notebook I just click on template and it is there, on this one nothing

Try if it helps to reset the preferences: Resetting Preferences in Lightroom CC/6

I have copied from my profile folder on notebook that was OK the whole folder and pasted it to other notebook and it helps.
