Weird text issue

I am experiencing a new issue after an upgrade to version 15.0.1. As I create a new text layer in my comp, if I type a second line of text, it will appear ABOVE this first line of text. Something like this:

your family to go to college?

Is your child the first in

Has anyone seen this before and know who to fix it? Thanks in advance.

I bet you simply have to highlight the text layer, then reset the various properties in the Character panel.
