Which version of Ubuntu is this?

What method did you use to install Flash Player?

<edit>

I installed Chromium and Flash on my Ubuntu 16.04.3 LTS test VM and I'm not able to reproduce.  I suspect Flash is not installed.

See https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Chromium/Getting-Partner-Flash for information on enabling Canonical Partner repositories and installing Flash Player

While this help doc shows how to install Flash from the Ubuntu Software Center, you can install it from the command line using: sudo apt-get install adobe-flashplugin
