I have a client who when he imports a pdf from InDesign into Adobe Acrobat DC the pdf will load, and then Acrobat DC will crash and be completely unusable. At this point he has to re-install Acrobat DC, it will work for a few days before the same issue happens.
The client is running the latest version of Acrobat DC and on macOS High Sierra 10.13.3
The standard troubleshooting such as removing preferences has taken place, and hasn't made a difference.
Anyone able to offer any advice or support on how to proceed, as a search of these forums hasn't come up with a solution.
Sorry for the delayed response.
Are you still facing this issue? If yes, check if an update is available for Acrobat using "Check for updates" option under "Help" menu, reboot the machine after installing update and try again. You may also download updates from here: Adobe - Acrobat : For Macintosh
Also, try opening other files in Acrobat and check if Acrobat still crashes.
Is there any error message when Acrobat crashes? Does this happen with the files imported from Indesign only or with other files as well?
