for the third time in a row windows ten updated on my computer and for the third time I cannot see a picture on photoshop CC 2018, I can see it in the layer but not on the interface so I can work on it. I have had numerous remotes with windows tech but it is the same thing again can anyone show me how to fix this
Does turning off »Use Graphics Processor« in the Performance Preferences (Photoshop > Preferences > Performance > Graphic Processor Settings) and restarting Photoshop have any bearing on the issue?
What have you done for trouble-shooting so far?
Restoring Preferences after making sure all customized presets like Actions, Patterns, Brushes etc. have been saved might be a good starting point:
