Unable to create a signature field using Adobe DC

I am trying to create a signature field but the option is not there like it used to be with Adobe Pro. I am using a CAC issued by the US Government that is used for repudiation purposes. This is affecting the whole Camp. Any assistance is greatly appreciated. Must be able to create digital signature fields to sign SAAR and other common documents associated with NIPRnet.

Sorry for the delayed response and inconvenience caused. Please check for any pending updates from help>check for updates, reboot the machine and see if this brings any difference.
