re Acrobat 8 standard: due the program suddenly saying I have a trial activation, (probably due to having a new computer) and no longer being available, I have down as instructed by Adobe. Adobe provided a new serial and activation number and advised me to uninstall the program and reinstall and then use these numbers. Have uninstalled and reinstalled and now the program is requesting I download an E-Licence. This always fails as the program states I have no internet - I do. Don't know what to do as I cannot use the program. I have not had a request to input the new serial and activation numbers.
