Cannot do update

I cannot find anything specific as to mine.  Everytime I go to update it this as error message.   Anyone know why?  I am the registered owner it is in my account but I cannot update

What operating system are you using?

Many times installing the newest Adobe Application Manager lets the cs5 updates complete.

Jeff, I am using Adobe App manager that is what is telling me it cannot update.  What I posted came from the log presented after manager said it could not update.  I am using Windows 10 64

Yes download and install the newest Adobe Application Manager from the following link and then try Help>Updates.

The app manager that ships with cs5 is out of date.
