Hi! The Premiere Pro CC preview window is blank. There is sound, but no picture. In the source window the clips play fine. Please help!

Most common user error is not source patching the track.

Thank you Ann, but both video and audio are in the timeline, and only audio plays when I preview, no video. I think its not related to source patching.
Post screenshot of clip in Mediainfo in treeview here on forum.
