Reinstall after computer crash Mac

Hello!

My iMac crashed, all programs have to be re-installed.

Two Adobe-employees (phone and chat) gave me the same link to download the program again (Photoshop Elements 10 version) but when I click 'INSTALL', I get an error.I still have the serial number of course. Can someone please help me?

The link I got was: Download Photoshop Elements 13, 12, 11, 10, 9, 8, and 7

I used the Mac OS X-file (Photoshop Elements 10)

I could download it but installing was impossible
