    missing credits


      Hi had a LOT of credits in my account for images, they have all disappeared down to 10. They were rolling over from previous months. Please advice, I need these for my teaching programs coming up.

          Hi there,


          We're sorry to hear that. I did go through your account and checked the details and it appears that you had a Creative Cloud (All Apps)+ Stock subscription which you had cancelled and then again subscribed to the same plan on 19th Feb 2018.


          Because of the cancellation of the previous plan, the unused licenses on that plan got forfeited and now it only shows the licenses active on the current plan.
