I have one user with Adobe DC Pro that hangs for 1-2 mins before it responds. It does not matter what she is doing (going through menus, opening pdfs, saving) in happens all the time. No crash logs, Adobe is up to date. She just moved to a new machine and still has the same issue. So I believe it may be with her account. Also there are other users with the same setup and they have no issues. The security settings that others have mentioned have all been checked and unchecked etc. I don't know which way to go, except maybe installing a different PDF editor.
