I am trying to create a electronically singable form to place on a website. Is this possible with Acrobat Pro?

Thank you for the response! I don't see any information on this. Is there a link you can point me to to learn more? My next question is: I have an Adobe CC account, but my client does not. Can I set up the pdf for her website without her having account? Any info appreciated.

All you have to do is add a Digital Signature field to the file and then upload it to the website.

The users will be able to download it, open it in the free Adobe Reader, sign it and then send it back to you.

You could add a Submit button to facilitate the latter, if you wished.
