I have a client who is selling spots in a summer camp through BC's e-commerce module. We'd like to be able to allow customers to pay a $50 deposit on each item, and then be able to pay the balance later on. So far, I haven't been able to find a solution to this, but the only thread I found on here was from 2012, so I'm hoping maybe something has come to light since then.
We're currently using a workaround where we have an attribute with two options (Deposit or Pay In Full), and then we manually update each deposit order with the full price, which they can then pay on the order detail page. It's far from ideal.
Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.
