      I have contacted Adobe support about this same issue and they are telling me the same garbage that I have to subscribe to a service just to get what I ALREADY paid for.


      I need another remedy aside your suggestion to contact and call support since it is staffed out of country without any escalation solution. This is a pretty basic customer service failure. Paid for product - Did not receive promised advertised product....
