There is no Aperture Library import in Lightroom CC. You can only do that in Lightroom Classic. Adobe renamed the Lightroom we all know and love to Lightroom Classic and released a new cloud-centric program that they gave the name of the old version of Lightroom. It is basically a port of the mobile version of Lightroom (from iOS and Android) to desktop operating systems and consequently it misses most of the features that Lightroom Classic has.

I think you are in the wrong forum. The screen shot you posted looks like it is from LR CC the Cloud Centric version.
