Having a problem installing Acrobat DC on a computer. I have the Adobe log files, is there a way to upload the log files?
The OS is Windows 7 SP1 64-bit
8 GB of RAM
111 GB of free HDD space
The log files I have are - Adobe Acrobat DC 15.010.20056 02-27-2018.log.gz, adobegc.log, MSI49a3b.LOG, PDApp.log
Any help is appreciated.
Sorry for the delayed response and inconvenience caused. As per the description above, you are not able to install Acrobat Pro DC on Windows 7 machine, Is that correct?

Try cleaning Acrobat's installation files using Acrobat cleaner tool Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs
Reboot the machine and try installing Acrobat from Download Pro or Standard versions of Acrobat DC | Non-subscription
