I purchased Adobe Acrobat Standard DC almost 3 years ago and I have had nothing but problems with this program! It continually locks up my computer and I have had to uninstall it and reinstall it several times with not difference. I have had our IT department check my computer many times and I have increased my RAM to the maximum allowable. I still have issues with my computer locking up while using Acrobat and I feel like I have exhausted all resources. I tried to contact Adobe Support but could never get through. Not sure if I need a different version or if there is a fix out there that will help me. I work with PDF files every single day and need to get to the bottom of this problem as it is hindering me from doing my job.

1- Check if an update is available for Acrobat using "Check for updates" option under "Help" menu, reboot the machine after installing update and try again. You may also download updates from here: Adobe software and product updates
