Thanks for the suggestions. I've been in contact with the developer of Sw3dC and been trying it. He's appears interested in including a Cheetah3D (Mac only) .jas import in this product. Right now I can export out of Cheetah as both .obj and .fbx and use this Sw3dC (donation ware) to convert to .w3d Shockwave. Unfortunately none of the materials, textures or lights export, though colors do import under .fbx. If there is a converter that imports .mtl and exports .w3d please let me-know... for Mac, that is. Cheetah can export .mtl.
