I have! I would! This is the WORST customer service I have ever encountered. The wait times are absurd, and then, if you can't fix the problem, to go through that again every time you try to call or chat - crazy.
It seems if you have a monthly account,they treat you a lot better, with absolutely no regard for customers who spend thousands of dollars on their products, but not for creative cloud subscriptions. At least when you choose the option that asks if you have a monthly subscription, they give you a wait time and an option for a callback. Not if you don't choose that option.
They should absolutely be sued.
