How did you implement DTM? It should have worked, what do you mean by not logging data in adobe? Are you getting errors, do you see the network calls going out?
We have followed these two links
Steps we have followed so far:
1. Get the header and footer code from adobe console and include the header code above other scripts and
footer code just above the closing of body tag in index.html of my hybrid app.
2. Test that DTM is successfully enabled or not, i checked for _satellite in developer console page of my app,
its giving the object of it, Which tells DTM is linked properly with my app.
On each click on my application page SATELLITE: detect click on A, Rule Fired and all other events are getting fired.
3. Create a new rule "page Load rule" at adobe side, by giving a condition that header contains a particular string.
4. Now when i am loading my app and condition is matching as i mentioned in the rule, Network call is going out
with the data like Page name, server name and all as i metioned during the rule creation.
response of the network call is coming 200 OK which seems everything is working fine this side.
5. I have checked the same by making a Direct Call Rule, Call the rule by _satellite.track() same response i am gettting 200 OK.
But no loggs are there to see.
So problem is this i am unable to see the analytics when my events are getting fired from browser,
where these call are logging the info regarding the event fired from app.
Looks like the call is being made, I couldn't access that url, seems in a UAT internal url, do you have this same code in a publicly accessible location?
Secondly, how did you verify that the data isn't in Adobe?
Could you also confirm that the reporting suite ID matches the ID in Adobe?
we have checked in Adobe Console including in analysis workspace and reports section both.
Is there any other ways also ?
The date on the screenshot you sent seems to be really old, do you have the correct date range selector, unfortunately, its hard for me to troubleshoot without access to Adobe. I'll say check that your reporting suite is correct and active, ensure you have the correct date selected. Are you seeing visits, page views, any data at all?
I just implemented adobe analytics using Tealium Tag also. Same scenerio is happening in this case also.
On the event of rule firing from browser adobe analytics getting fired and network API is getting out with 200 OK as response.
Tealium side we are getting the events regarding every time Tealium is getting loaded on the browser.
Same problem here, No logs are getting triggered on in Adobe side.
Have you double checked the report suite ID is the same in your image request and the one you're looking at in reporting? That would be the only missing link I can think of if you're getting 200 responses from Adobe data collection servers.
