I am using render video tool in photoshop to export a series of .png files. The resolution of my psd file is 300 pixels/inch. However, the png files I get are all 72 pixels/inch. How to make them to 300 pixels/inch? Thank you.

Actually it not resolution you want to change it the number of pixels you want to change.  Resolution has no meaning when it come to video.  Just resize the material to the number pd pixels you use is doe like 4K  ok 1K 1920x1080 forget about DPI its meaningless. Unless you are printing a stack of prints to be flipped.
