I can´t scan "both sides". I have an Epson WF3725 and win 10

Please make sure first, your scanner is Duplex scanner which can scan both sides.

Also, on Acrobat scan settings dialog, select settings(gear icon in front of Default settings/My Custom settings) and select "Both Sides" option to scan pages both sides.
