How to download a registered copy of PSE 7

I have a CD copy of Adobe Photoshop Elements 7 but my laptop does not have a disk drive. I have the key however, and I registered it on the Adobe website. I can now see the key in the Plans&Products tab in my profile but I was wondering how I would download it. I already tried downloading a copy of PSE 7 and entering the key there, but it says it's invalid. Is there a way to download a registered copy without having to enter the key on startup?

Copy the files onto a flash drive using another computer that has a disc drive.

The serial number may only be valid for the disc version.
