How am I supposed to contact Adobe with Creative Cloud Issues?

There is NO way to select creative cloud or creative cloud apps on this page???

I understand Adobe wants to reduce support calls/chats but this is user hostile.

As I understand you are trying to contact support. What issue are you experiencing? Are you not being able to select chat?
