I am trying to activate Adobe Pro for students. I am a student and have supplied the necessary ID. I want to start using Adobe now. How can I get this sorted.

Cloud programs do not use serial numbers... you log in to your paid Cloud account to download & install & activate... you MAY need to log out of the Cloud and restart your computer and log back in to the Cloud for things to work

I have read that it will take as much as 24 hours for a purchase to show in your Adobe account after purchase

Does your Cloud subscription properly show on your account page?
