RAM preview while video is stopped in preview window?

So is there option to enable pre-rendering(green line) while video is stopped not only to pre-render when I play video as it's case with default, green line only starts moving when I play composition.

Not at this point. Forced background caching used to exist, but these days they can barely make the normal cache work reliably, so those functions are on ice until perhaps they get a handle on their gigazillion bugs...
