problemi per guardare un film

ho riscontrato dei problemi.
ho provato a guardare un film, il computer è nuovo  ed ho installato Windows 10,sto navigando da Microsoft Edge.
ogni volta in cui provavo ad aprire il film mi veniva scritto "error setting up player", non riesco ad aggiornare flash player alla versione più recente come posso fare? grazie per l'aiuto

Microsoft does not allow external installs into Edge or Internet Explorer

If you want the latest Flash Player, you will have to use a non-Microsoft browser

Microsoft embeds Flash Player in IE and Edge browsers on Windows 10 and Flash Player updates for IE and Edge are distributed by Microsoft via Windows Update.  Please run Windows Update to update Flash Player to the latest version (29.0.0.113). 

Note that Microsoft does disable Flash by default and force users to enable it, on a per-site basis (Edge).  See the following tech notes for assistance:
