Print to Adobe PDF from browser displays preview correctly, but the printed PDF has zero top and left margins. How to print with margins?

This is a bug that I'm hoping isn't because I'm using Acrobat 9. It seems silly that printing to PDF would randomly stop applying the top and left margins, but correctly applies the right and bottom margins. It's been working fine for over a year since I've been using it.

Any ideas? Anyone experience something similar?

Hello Nomanw,

We apologize for the inconvenience caused, please refer to the following KB articles which discuss the similar issue and scenario why are pdf documents printing out with left side partially cut off?

Change Margins setting on print

You may also refer to Advanced PDF print settings, Adobe Acrobat

For testing purpose, you can download the freeware Adobe Reader DC and try printing the PDF file and see if the issue is reproducible, download Reader DC Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution

Note: Acrobat 9 is already declared as End of support product, so above suggestions may or may not work. End of Support means that Adobe no longer provides technical support or distribute runtimes. This policy affects product and security updates for all derivatives of a product or product version (localized versions, minor upgrades, operating systems, dot and double-dot releases, and connector products). For detailed information, you can refer to End of support | Reader 9 and Acrobat 9 (and earlier)

Feel free to update this discussion for any further assistance.

Regards,

Anand Sri.
