Select the W3D member, go to Property Inspector and uncheck DTS (Direct To Stage).
But be aware: degraded performances!
I think he's actually after an animated texture displaying the video, not a video sprite on top of the 3d sprite. Several of the links (among them the one Deans suggested in the other thread with the same question) available from the url I linked to earlier explains how to assign a unique shader to a face of the cube and how to update it's texture each frame from the source video.
Most of the examples actually use a cube so they should not be to hard to adapt

"video on top of that cube" doesn't mean a cube with dynamic texture(s) generated from video frames.
Yes exactly, what I am looking for is actually playing a video texture as map inside the 3D scene, in my case it would play on top of the 3D box,
i tried most of the online tutorials, but they seem to be more complex in terms of understanding for a beginner in director,
