I changed desktop (MAC) to laptop, I still want to use my account.
Every month I pay 12 Euro for my account, but I constantly get the notification that I can't use the complete program, due to payment issues.
I payed, changed the creditcard, the payment was succesfully transfered.
And still I can't use my account.
I really, really get annoyed and pissed off.
When I start a chatsession with Adobe help, they refer to the forum.
Here in this forum, we cannot fix payment issues. You have to contact Adobe. Click on "Support Home" at the top of this page.
How many computers did you install LR on?
If this new notebook you have exceeds the limit of 2 computers you will need to sign out on one of the other computers to use LR on your notebook.
If you can sign out on one of the other computers you can Deactivate it online at the Adobe home page and going to your account.
