I have payed for photoshop and the money has come out of my account but on my laptop and on my account it still says 'free trial expired' and is asking for my card details when I try and go further.

Ged and Anna there is a known problem regards Photoshop thinking it is still in Trial period. So much so, that there is a FAQ help page
