Effet Floral pour CV

Je souhaiterais reproduire sur Photoshop ce CV or je ne sais pas du tout comment je pourrais procéder pour faire "l'effet floral" qui se trouve derriere le nom ainsi qu'en pied de page.

But if you want to go »more« floral you could search for »flowers on white background« on stock images sites (for example shutterstock.com, istockphoto.com, stock.adobe.com, …), purchase one or more images and (if necessary) combine, blur and/or brighten them to fit your intentions.
