Crash With Using Forms in Muse

This seems to be a consist problems that happens on every form I enter and edit outside of the basic setup.  It crashes with Error #1009 any time I try to add a label of any kind to the main form.  However, it seems each individual radio button works fine with adding a new one.  This is on the newest version of Muse, but did the same thing on the old ones.  Strange thing is it seems to work when initially setting it up, but after saving and coming back later this error happens every time.
