Bonjour à tous,

Impossible de transformer des fichiers PDF en fichier Word

J'ai change de micro et depuis je n'ai plus accès a la possibilité de transformer un fichier pdf en word, je ne peux pas me connecter a adode export pdf pour lequel j'ai un abonnement annuel. Même en allant sur le site adobe avec mon mot de passe.

The record shows that you are subscribed to Adobe ExportPDF subscription on your current Adobe ID, try exporting the PDF file using the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf with your Adobe ID and password on a browser like Chrome, or Firefox, or Safari.

In Adobe Reader DC, sign out and sign back in using your current Adobe ID, and check for any pend

The record shows that you are subscribed to Adobe ExportPDF subscription on your current Adobe ID, try exporting the PDF file using the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf with your Adobe ID and password on a browser like Chrome, or Firefox, or Safari.

In Adobe Reader DC, sign out and sign back in using your current Adobe ID, and check for any pending updates of Adobe Reader from help>check for updates, install the updates and reboot the machine and see if this brings any difference.

If the issue still persists in Adobe Reader DC, please use Acrobat cleaner tool to remove Adobe Reader Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs

Reboot the machine and install Adobe Reader back from Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution Sign in with your Adobe ID and password.

For more troubleshooting, you may refer to Troubleshooting Create PDF, Export PDF, Adobe Send, Fill & Sign … services(PDFPack or Document Cloud...
