Photoshop CC 19.1.2 - Left and Right Justified Quick Keys Backwards

I've noticed that when I use the quick keys CMD + SHIFT + L it now justifies the text to the right, CMD + SHIFT + C still centers, and CMD + SHIFT + R justifies to the left.

Why? How do I fix this? Can all the Adobe Products just get on the same page please...

Them shortcuts are working fine for me although I'm on Windows, have you tried resetting the Type Tool

I tried. Didn't change it. I'm thinking I might need to trash my preferences, just seeing if there is another option, b/c that's always a pain.
