Hi David,
Can you spread light on the subscription terms?

If I buy the monthly subscription, then is my contract a monthly one and therefore IF I quit then I am solely liable to pay for the remainder of that month?

Hi Hugo, I believe that's the case, but you should contact customer support for a confirmation. I've used the online chat before to ask about subscriptions, and got the information I needed. Just to confirm, you're talking about the more expensive month-to-month subscription, rather than the annual subscription that you still pay monthly, correct?

Yes, the $53/mo USD plan is an annual contract that you pay monthly. You can get a month-to-month plan for $80 with no contract, and you should be able to cancel at any time. If you're on the annual plan, but paying monthly, then yes, there will be a penalty for ending early. I don't know if it's the difference between what you paid and what you have left to pay, or if it's something less. You'll definitely have to talk to customer support about that.
